I appreciated the perfect location . the balcony overlooking the creek was wonderful. It was a great view. the staff were helpful, so i am thankful.
I had to wait for the room. it was 4:15pm when the check in time was 2pm. That was annoying. when i requested a 1hour late check out to compensate for time lost, it was denied. the rooms are old, though the hotel is clean.

the staff welcomed us with excellent service and genuine smiles. every day, the housekeeper surprised us with different bed linen folding, a really romantic touch. we also received a thank you gift before leaving, so lovely. i especially enjoyed the excellence creek view from our premium room.
during check-in , i noticed limited roadside space making it a bit hard to drop off luggage. we had to carry our bags to the lobby so, that was frustrating after a long flight. the porter was very helpful the next day though, when we needed to collect our bags.

the location is right on the creek , a very beautiful site. it is a short walk to traditional souks. also, metro stations are nearby. several local eateries are close.

the staff is friendly and helpful , always smiling. mr nazeer welcomed me on my first day. he provided many tips for visiting attractions. the team remembered us from previous visits , which was so sweet.

the food was excellent , a highlight. breakfast had many options. i prefer to dine at the hotel over eating out. i liked the fresh pastries and the various juices available each morning.

the room was super clean, clean and very comfortable. the hotel offers a premium room. it included a creek view and a balcony. the pillows were soft and supportive , i slept very well.

This hotel boasts efficient service with a personal touch. Friendly staff assist guests attentively. The location is ideal near the creek with minutes walk to the Gold Souk. I loved the comfortable rooms complete with expected facilities. I certainly will return.
The roadside space for drop off is somewhat limited.

My room had a balcony. I liked that I could smoke there. Breakfast was included, handy. The hotel gave easy access to any place i wanted to go.
The check-in process was not smooth. I had to wait. That was disappointing. I requested a late check-out five days prior. They denied it on the last day because they were fully booked.
